Budget of Krasnodar Territory for 2012 to be socially oriented

First Vice-Premier of Stavropol, Finance Minister Vladimir Shapovalov,
announced that the budget of the region for 2012 will remain focused
on social needs rather than be directed at development, TV channel
Stavropol reports.

Minister of Finance said, that the budget draft will consider
inflation in the amount of 6%, increase of utility tariffs by about
15% and increase of wages and salaries by 6.5% in the region.

"The revenue of the budget in 2012 will grow by 22%, but it will also
provide more funds for social needs which remain a priority of the
regional fiscal policy", said Shapovalov.
