SOCAR buys oil storage in UAE

The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) and Aurora Progress, the
Swiss based commodity trading house have announced an agreement on
cooperation in the sphere of oil storage, including the construction
of an oil storage terminal in the port of Fujairah in UAE, reports

SOCAR will be presented by the company SOCAR Trading (Switzerland).
The terminal, with a total capacity of 641,000 cubic meters, includes
20 reservoirs and can provide temporary storage of gasoline, naphtha,
middle distillates and other petroleum products.
An independent operator of the terminal SOCAR AURORA will deal with clients.
