Yerevan has held a presentation of Program 1 and Program 2 of the
North South Corridor investment project, News.am reports.
Governors, mayors, heads of village administrations, ministries,
foreign embassies, public organizations and media were at the
presentation.
Armenian Minister for Transport and Communication Manuk Vardanyan said
that the corridor will be 556 km long. It will give access to the
Black Sea and other states through Armenia, Georgia.
The corridor route is Megri-Kapan-Goris-Yerevan-Ashtarak-Gyumri-Bavra.
It will be connected to the Georgian road. Connection will improve
between Europe, Caucasus and Asia.
