Russia and Iran to construct two more nuclear power plants together

Russia and Iran plan to construct two more nuclear power plants, in
addition to the one at Bushehr, head of the Iranian Organization for
Nuclear Energy Fereydun Abbasi-Davani said, Khabaronline reports.


Negotiations will continue until results are achieved. Iran is
planning to build 10-20 nuclear power plants and a uranium-enrichment
facility with a center for nuclear technologies. Iran announced a
tender for the construction of two new nuclear plants on the border
with Iraq in 2007.


Russia is launching the Bushehr nuclear power plant. Russia provided the fuel.
