EU supports Georgian enterprises

Under the European Union's Eastern Partnership Programme, the European Chamber of Commerce has launched the East Invest project in six countries, including Georgia. The project aims to support small and medium-sized businesses for their successful entry into the EU market, Trend reports.

The project can be attended by small and medium-sized enterprises (where the number of employees does not exceed 100 ) from sectors such as agribusiness, transport and logistics, tourism, construction and textiles.

The project envisages conducting training and seminars for small and medium-sized enterprises, participation in trade missions in EU member states, practical seminars, organizing bilateral meetings and supporting small and medium-sized enterprises in order to improve their business and access to the EU market.
