Caspian coast may enter North Caucasus tourist cluster

Presidential Envoy to the North Caucasus Federal District Alexander Khloponin will present a Caspian coast development strategy to the federal government on September 1st, Yuga.ru reports.

According to media reports, after discussing the strategy the government may decide to include the Caspian region into the North Caucasus tourist cluster.
