A pump house, which will provide 4000 hectares of land with agricultural water, was opened today near the village of Akhtynak on the River Debed, NEWS.am reports.
The president of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, and the acting attorney of the US embassy in Armenia, Bruce Donahue, were present at the opening ceremony.
