Adjaria is searching for an investor to receive citrus and other
fruits and medical herbs. The Finance and Economy Ministry is offering
for sale 80% of the shares of medical herb harvesting of the Kobuleti
company, the charter capital of which is 80,000 laris, Business
Georgia reports.
The company owes 1907.45 laris to the budget and 22,007 laris in
loans. The starting price for the company is 80,000 laris. Bidding
will start on September 8.
Any investor must open the facility within 24 months and cultivate 0.8
hectares of greenhouse lands. The company needs at least 200,000 laris
in investment.
