Azerbaijan has taken 55th position in the global marketability rating.
The World Economic Forum studied the marketability of 142 states for
2011-2012. Azerbaijan's marketability index is 4.31.
Azerbaijan had 57th position in the rating among 139 states in
2010-2011. Its macroeconomic climate takes 16th position, labour
market efficiency - 14th.
The highest marketability is in Switzerland, followed by Singapore,
Sweden, Finland and the USA.
Russia dropped to 66th position. Estonia is in 33rd position as it has
been for the past 2 years. Lithuania is in 44th place, Latvia – 64th,
Kazakhstan – 72nd.
The rating was made using statistics and polling. Data was provided by
research institutes and companies specializing in marketability
studies.
