Azerbaijani poaching vessel caught in Russian waters

The staff of the Russian FSB border control service in the Republic of
Dagestan has stopped and inspected a vessel without a flag or
insignia. During the inspection it was established that the ship
belongs to the Republic of Azerbaijan and that it doesn’t have any
documents, RIA "Dagestan" reports.

As the press service of the Border Control reported, inspectors found
evidence indicating the illegal exploitation of marine biological
resources, about 700 kg of fish and sturgeon and fishing equipment for
1500 hooks. Later the ship was delivered to the seaport "Makhachkala"
for further investigation.
