A conference on hydro-electric power is being held in the Georgian capital, Tbilisi, Azerbaijani news agency Trend reports.
The event is sponsored by the Georgian ministry of energy and natural resources. The conference is being attended by representatives of the companies conducting construction of hydropower plants in Georgia and investors.
The opening ceremony was attended by the first deputy minister of energy, Mariam Valishvili.
