The EU will start talks on the Trans-Caspian gas pipeline with Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan in October, Gunar Vigand, head of the section for the Eastern Partnerhip Single Foreign Political Service, said in Baku today, Trend reports.
The initiative caused concern in Russia and Iran, which expect pollution in the Caspian Sea with construction of the pipeline.
