Ministry of Finance's publication to be revised

The main publication of the Russian Ministry of Finance, "Financial
Newspaper," will undergo certain changes in design. An online platform for
the discussion of published laws and bills will be created and Raf Shakirov, the former editor-in-chief of the newspapers "Kommersant" and "Izvestiya", will
become its editor-in-chief.

The newspaper will publish not only official documents of the Ministry of
Finance, the Tax Services, the Federal Treasury and the Federal Financial
Monitoring Services, but also news and analytical articles.

Raf Shakirov is a journalist, who at various times headed Izvestiya and New
Times, as well as the newspaper "Kommersant". He also served as vice president
of the publishing house to which "Kommersant" belongs.
