Formation of the “Caspian Floating University” is necessary for the coordination of actions of 5 Caspian states, including educational standards, Sergey Mikheyev, Director General of the Center for the Political Environment, told Vestnik Kavkaza.
Mansur Afshar Mohammadian, Director of the department for international affairs of Gulyan Provincial University, told VK that Azerbaijan, Iran, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Russia are forming the “floating university”. Formation of the university was initiated at a session in Astrakhan.
Mikheyev believes that such an education center will help develop common approaches to Caspian resources.
