Divers have stopped studying the Grigory Bugrov Tanker’s damage at the Caspian Sea today, and specialists have stopped pumping out fuel, RIA Novosti reports.
Fuel was pumped to the Kapitan Permyakov Tanker on Sunday.
Vera Yakhyeva, head of the weather forecasting center of Astrakhan, says wind speed is expected to reach 13-18 meters per second.
