Russia plans to provide finances to realize the investment program for the socio-economic development of South Ossetia for 2012-2013, Russian Deputy Minister for Regional Development Sergey Vereshagin said, Res reports.
Everyone responsible for documentation, expertise or selection of contractors needs to have a clear plan of action for the coming month, Vereshagin said. Two weeks ago the ministry approved a third registry of financing, which needs further inter-departmental approval. Delays will become less common as a result of simplification of the new financing system in 2012. There will be no need for months of waiting for finances to be provided.
