Iran begins to deliver aviation fuel to world markets

The director of the Abadan refinery in Iran, Namur Hashem, said that in the near future world markets will be supplied with the first batch of Iranian aircraft fuel, Iran News reports.

According to Namur, the jet fuel, meeting the environmental standards of "Euro 5", will be transported via pipelines to storage facilities of the Shahid Reggiano port complex, from where it will be transported overseas.

The Abadan refinery produces 1.5 million litres of jet fuel per day.
