Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Masimov has urged the countries of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) to establish an interstate Reserve Bank.
Masimov said that the creation of a Reserve Bank is necessary in order to develop tools to minimize the consequences of the world economic crisis.
He also proposed deepening cooperation between central banks and ministries of economy of the SCO states to minimize the consequences of a possible second wave of the global economic crisis.
