The package of documents on the design and manufacture of equipment for oil and gas industry was signed on Wednesday at the "Sevmash" plant in the presence of Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin. The largest private oil company Lukoil has ordered the construction of three objects at the Filanovsky oil field in the Caspian Sea, RIA Novosti reports.
Filanovsky oil and gas field was discovered in the northern part of Caspian Sea in 2005 and is expected to be commissioned in 2015. The expected production rate is 6 million tons of oil and 0.8 billion cubic meters of gas per year.
