Dagestani MPs have passed the budget for 2012 and a plan for 2013 and 2014 in the first reading, it will have a profit of 303.553 million rubles, RIA Novosti reports.
The budget of 2011 had a deficit of 2.275 billion rubles. Changes to the budget of 2011 and plans for 2012 and 2013 stated income of 61.566 billion rubles of income (exceeding plans by 6.8%) due to an increase of transfers. Expenses increased to 64.312 billion rubles (+8.6%). Income of 15.764 billion rubles will come from tax and non-tax incomes, the rest from budget transfers.
Income in 2012 will reach 60.370 billion rubles, 2% less than the expected in 2011. Of these, own income - 17.195 billion rubles, 43.175 billion rubles - from interstate transfers.
Expenses in 2012 will reach 60.067 billion rubles. As a result, the profit will reach 303.553 million rubles.
