Kazakhstan and Russia will remove 32 customs offices on their border, the Kazakh Committee for Customs Control of the Finances Ministry said, News Kazakhstan reports.
Customs officers will be made redundant, certain departments of customs control will be reorganized, customs offices "Astana - jana kala", "Baikonur" and the "Financial Economic Customs Office" will be closed down.
Deputy chairmen of the Committee for Customs Control will be reduced from 4 to 3. They will be informed about redundancies.
