Russian President Dmitry Medvedev is counting on the wisdom of foreign investors participating in the creation of the tourism cluster in the North Caucasus, ITAR-TASS reports.
In an interview with journalists of the South and the North Caucasus Federal Districts, the head of state said that at first he feared a lack of investors in the tourism cluster project in the North Caucasus. However, the investors have been wiser and show interest in the projects, said Medvedev.
The president stressed particularly enhanced cooperation with France.
