Azerbaijani Minister for Economic Development Shakhin Mustafayev said at parliamentary talks on the state budget yesterday that the foreign trade turnover of the state is expected to grow by 4.7% annually in 3 years, ABC reports.
It is expected to grow by 6.3% by 2012, including 21.3% in the non-oil sector.
Non-oil foreign trade is expected to increase by 13.1% in the next 3 years. The foreign trade surplus should reach $15.9 billion, Mustafayev says. The non-oil sector is expected to start accounting for at least 60% of GDP in 2015.
