25.5% of Anapa Airport to be auctioned off on December 23

The Federal Agency for State Property Management plans to hold an auction for sale of 25.5% of the state's share of the Anapa Airport Company for a starting price of 128.455 million rubles on December 23, RIA Novosti reports.


The auction will have 52,956 shares for sale. An auction step is worth 3 million rubles. Bids are welcome from November 22 to December 19, 2011. 12,845 million rubles need to be paid in advance.


Long-term liabilities reached 9.494 million rubles by September 30, short-term – 82.616 million rubles, debt – 68.417 million rubles.


Bazel Aero was based there in 2007, it manages the assets of the Basic Element. It also controls the airports of Anapa, Krasnodar, Sochi, Gelendzhik and Yeysk. It services 8% of passenger flow and 4% of freighting in Russia.
