Georgia had a trade turnover of $7.322 billion in January-October 2011, exceeding the previous year’s period by 39%, the Georgian National Statistical Service says.
Georgia’s largest trade partner in the period was Turkey with a trade turnover of $1.217 billion (+16%), followed by Azerbaijan - $792 million.
Georgia exported products worth over $310 million to Azerbaijan (+17.8%), imported worth $420.5 million (+10.5%).
Azerbaijan had a trade turnover with Ukraine of $691 million.
