"This year we will focus on modernization of the road networks of cities and regions. We must put in order at least than 300 kilometers of local roads," - said Alexander Tkachev.
He noted that in 2009 road works were carried out for 30 billion rubles, or 1.8 times more than in 2008. Nearly 500 kilometers of trails were repaired, and also theer was built a 200-meter bridge over the river Belaya, the first time in many years.
In addition, there is a 12% increase in the number of people employed in the sector.
