The Saint-Petersburg International Raw Material Exchange, the International Exchange of the Oil and Gas Complex and the "Saint-Petersburg" Exchange have announced the formation of the Single Trade System for petroleum products, ABC reports.
They now need to approve trade rules and select an administrator for the system. The system will help unify trade rules, concentrate liquidity, form single prices indicators and start efficient monitoring.
