Russia allotted some $1billion for South Ossetia - Putin

Russian Premier Vladimir Putin announced at a meeting with South
Ossetian officials that since the autumn of 2008 Russia had allotted
more than 26 billion roubles (over $1 billion) for the reconstruction
of South Ossetia, reports ITAR-TASS.
The money went to budget expenditures and investment in reconstruction works
