Azerbaijani trade turnover in January-November 2011 reached $5.065 billion,1news.az reports.
Azerbaijan exported products worth $2.769 billion to CIS states in the period and imported $2.295 billion-worth. A positive balance of $473.65 million was achieved.
Azerbaijani foreign trade with CIS states reached $4.039 billion in 2010 with $1.984 billion of exports (9.31% of total Azerbaijani exports) and $2.055 billion of imports (31.14% of total imports).
A positive balance of $70.932 million was achieved.
Azerbaijan exports mineral fuel, oil and petroleum products, bitumen (57.71%), fats and vegetable and animal oils (8.74%), sugar and confectionary products (6.07%), fruit (5.09%) and ships (8.86%). Azerbaijan imports equipment and mechanical constructions (10.89%), grains (14.95%), metals (7.15%) and means of ground transport (9.82%).
