The law on the budget of the State Fund for Social Protection (DSMF) for 2012 and the mechanism for its realization will be approved by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, ABC reports.
The Cabinet was ordered to make recommendations on synchronizing legislation in 3 months. The Justice Ministry is to unify laws of central state structures. The DSMF was ordered to report on income and expenditure to the Cabinet twice a year.
The Finance Ministry was ordered to approve a quarterly and monthly schedule of the DSMF budget in 15 days for transfer of state funds. Budget-financed organizations are to add expenditure on social insurance to their cost sheets in 2012, as well as debts to the DSMF.
The budget of the DSMF in 2012 will have no deficit and will have income and expenditure equivalent to $3106.709 million. It will come into force in January.
