The Armenian government will increase the charter capital of the Armenian-Russian Ore-Mining Company, exploring uranium deposits in the Syunikskaya Region, News.am reports.
Additional emissions will total about $1.5 million and paid for geological information belonging to Armenia.
The company issued an exploratory license for 5 years in 2009. Its charter capital was financed by the Armenian Ministry for Energy and Natural Resources and the Russian State Company Atomredmetzoloto. The company has a charter capital of $242,100.
