The oil and gas complex is a pioneer of investment in Kazakhstan, the chairman of the Association KAZENERGY Timur Kulibayev stated in Almaty at a press-conference, Vestnik Kavkaza's Kazakh correspondent reports.
At a meeting of the Council of the Association a decision was made to create a new coordinating council on the development of oil and gas operations at sea. According to Timur Kulibayev, the creation of such a council is a timely and important step, because society and the government of the country will pay particular attention to realization of
projects on the Caspian shelf.
