Kabardino-Balkaria has become one of the regions receiving subsidies from the federal budget for realization of the regional program of improving efficiency of budget expenditure. According to the Russian Ministry for Finances, the republic will receive 59.5 million rubles.
A fund of 1 billion rubles was formed in 2011, to be distributed between 15 regions to improve the efficiency of budget expenditure. Kabardino-Balkaria is one of the regions included in the program.
The funds will be spent on forming the government's online presence, including a switch to the online services of state structures. The initiative is aimed at reducing expenditure on accounting, systematizing property and carrying out its accounting, Severo-Kavkazskiye Novosti reports.
