Gazprom CEO Alexey Miller ordered the acceleration of the schedule of construction of the South Stream pipeline, spokesman of the gas holding Sergei Kupriyanov said, RIA Novosti reports.
Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin ordered the construction of the the South Stream to be quickened and started in late 2012, rather than 2013.
