Rovnag Abdullayev, head of the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijani Republic, said on Tuesday that the company plans no privatization in the near future, Trend reports.
The official said that SOCAR’s rejection of non-core assets has nothing to do with privatization and is instead part of the strategy to make the company international and meet international standards.
