Georgia sells Justice Ministry building

The Georgian government has sold the old building of the Justice Ministry out for 700,000 lari ($1 = 1.67 lari). Rustaveli Property became the new owner of the building on Rustaveli Street, 30, Georgia Online reports.


The owner company needs to file an agreement with the Georgian Ministry for Culture, because the building is of historic value. Rustaveli Property will transfer 12,500 lari to the Georgian state budget by December 1, 2012.
