Local authorities will adopt a labour policy strategy for the North Caucasus Federal District in March, the chief executive officer of the North Caucasus Resorts public corporation, Alexey Nevsky, told ITAR-TASS.
According to him, the strategy is necessary to unite the efforts of businessmen and local authorities to fight unemployment in the region.
