Iraqi Petroleum Minister Abdul Karim Laibi has arrived in Iran to negotiate gasoline purchases, Iran News reports.
The Iraqi minister plans to visit some oil refineries, including the Shahid Tondguyan facility in Tehran.
The Afghan minister for energy and oil visited Iran earlier to discuss fuel purchases.
