An oil refinery in Shymkent (Chimkent) in Kazakhstan is on fire, News Kazakhstan reports.
The refinery has been burning for 10 minutes, and smoke is rising 30 meters high.
The Shymken Refinery was launched in 1985. It has the capacity to process 6 million tons of oil annually.
