Tbilisi's Central Hospital may be purchased for $568,557, Business Georgia reports.
A 100% share of the hospital belongs to the Tbilisi Central Hospital Company. It has receivables of $20,161, credit exposure of $521,361. The hospital owes Telasi $260,250, which may be paid off in 5 years.
Its purchaser is to keep the building as a hospital for 7 years.
Georgia sold the building of the Justice Ministry in January 2012 for $419,000. Rustaveli Property became its new owner.
