The Turkish Air Force (TuAF) bombed a Kurdish opposition camp in
Khakurk in northern Iraq, Armenia Today reports, citing Turkish media.
There have been frequent TuAF attacks on Kurdish opposition in the
northern regions of Iraq recently. Three weeks ago Turkish aviation
destroyed another facility of the Kurdish Workers Party. In
2008,Turkish land forces carried out an operation in the northern part
of Iraq.
Ankara has made several declarations regarding the use of bases in the
north of Iraq by the Kurdish opposition to attack Turkey.
