The Kazakh National Welfare Fund Samruk-Kazyn will conclude development of the 10-year strategy by the end of the first quarter of 2012, Kommersant reports.
Umirzak Shukeyev, head of the fund, expressed surprise that the process is taking so long. The five-year plan has been in force for a long time, but the strategy is late, he believes.
