Russian court leaves decision on Dagestani Energy Company in force

The Russian arbitration court of appeals has left a Dagestani court's decision on the Dagestani Energy Company in force, RIA Novosti reports.

The Dagestani court found the company guilty of violating the market competition law and imposed an almost 16-million-ruble fine on it.
