Atrus Cement Holding AG plans to build a cement factory in the Krasnodar Territory worth over 12.7 billion rubles, Interfax reports.
Land documentation is being formalized at the moment. Geologists are preparing an area for construction.
The factory is planned to be launched in 2016 with an output of 2.1 million tons of cement annually.
