Kazakh company acquires 50% share in airport holding

The Russian "Novaport," which brings together the airports of Novosibirsk,
Barnaul, Tomsk, Astrakhan, Volgograd, Chelyabinsk and Chita, reported
about a change in its shareholder structure. Thus, the "Aeon Corporation"
of Roman Trotsenko completed the sale of 50% of T. S. Trans
Siberia to the Kazakh company "Meridian Capital." The price of the transaction
has not been disclosed. Experts estimate it at $450 million, Russian
newspaper "Vedomosti" reports.

According to "Vedomosti", Novaport "announced the deal only six
years after it took place.
