Dagestani Leader Magomedsalam Magomedov met Turkish businessmen planning to invest in the republic, including textile industry, Rossiyskaya Gazeta reports.
Magomedov promised to provide the necessary infrastructure and support, such as state guarantees and subsidies. He invited Turkish partners to attend the Dagestani International Economic Forum this summer and present projects at a business platform. About 4,500 people will be employed. Turkey plans to invest about $350 million.
The textile factory is expected to become a world manufacturer, head of a Turkish company Sankaya Senol said.
