The Azerbaijani government has announced mass plans to enter foreign markets, ABC reports.
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said that the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijani Republic (SOCAR), Azerbaijani Airlines (AZAL) should enter foreign markets.
