Air France, the largest airline company of France, has cancelled its regular flight to Damascus (Syria) today, RIA Novosti reports.
The AF 570 Paris-Syria flight was cancelled. Departure was to start at 1.40 pm and arrival was set for 9.10 pm. The AF 571 from Damascus to Paris flight was cancelled as well.
Air France has not decided on regular flights to Damascus on Thursdays and Saturdays.
The company has been carrying out three regular flights to the Syrian capital weekly with a technical maintenance stop in Jordan.
