Russia to send over 78 tons of humanitarian aid to Syria

The Russian Ministry for Emergencies plans to send two Il-76s with humanitarian aid from Moscow to Damascus on March 12. The planes will carry over 78 tons of humanitarian aid, including tents, blankets, canned fish and meat, sugar, children’s food, utensils, mobile kitchens, RIA Novosti reports.
