Gazprom has prolonged the contract with Director General of Gazprom Investholding Alisher Usmanov, Gazeta.ru reports.
Usmanov became the company’s head in 2000. He will continue working on paying debts of Gazprom and investment progress. Bloomberg says that Usmanov is the richest Russian with over $20 billion.
Gazprom Investholding is a subsidiary of Gazprom specialized in debt payments.
